He is a Chartered accountant, Certified Professional Forensic Accountant, Chartered insurer and a Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter. He is a holder of several professional qualifications obtained from different countries in the world and these qualifications include, B.Com – S.V University of India, ACCA-UK, CPA- Aus, CPA-USA, ACII-UK, CPCU-USA, BGL – Mysor University of India, CITIP – UK,FCA – Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, FZICA – Zambia, FAIQ – UK, FAIA, CPF Acct – Canada, ANZIIF (Snr Assoc)- Aus and regular member of of institute of CFA (USA), Fellow of the Africa Institute of Public Administration (AIPA). He also received Honorary Doctorate of Business Administration with a specialization in Finance and Accounting from the Common Wealth University and a Honorary Doctorate of Leadership & Management from the London Bridge Business School.

He is a holder of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) – Entrepreneurial Management (Australia), a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), A Diploma In Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute (Dip CII-UK), A Diploma in Insurance Studies(DIS) and a Graduate Certificate in Management (GCM).
He is also an Associate of the Insurance Institute of Zambia as well as an Affiliate of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM).
